What We Collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address and payment information (processed by Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers.

Your AI Server

Your AI assistant runs on a dedicated VPS provisioned exclusively for you. Your conversations, memory files, and personal data stay on that server. We do not access, read, or analyze your conversations.

The only data leaving your server are API calls to Anthropic (Claude) to generate AI responses. These are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.

Server Access

We retain administrative SSH access to your server for maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting. We will not access your personal data unless you explicitly request support that requires it.

What We Don't Do

We don't sell your data
We don't use your conversations for training
We don't share your information with third parties (except Stripe for payments and Hetzner for hosting)
We don't track you across the web

Data Retention

If you cancel your subscription, your server and all data are preserved for 7 days. After that, the server is destroyed and all data is permanently deleted.

Cookies

Our marketing website does not use cookies or analytics trackers. Your AI dashboard uses a token in the URL for authentication — no cookies required.
